365 2nd Street E, North Vancouver
365 Residences is a multi-family rental project located in Lower Lonsdale and steps away from many iconic destinations including Lonsdale Quay and North Vancouver's popular brewery district along Esplanade Avenue.
With completion expected for May 2023, 365 Residences will bring 42 new homes to North Vancouver's rental market.
Park West
Lions Gate Village, North Vancouver
Safari Capital Ltd. was one of five development partners that sparked the plans for Park West, a towering condominium high-rise project located in the growing Lions Gate Village community.
The partnership sold this project to Keltic Development and it stands tall today as a towering landmark over Lionsgate Bridge.
